Note that it is not necessary to
add the prefix in front of the
address, such as http://, since it
will be added automatically. If
you are using a protocol other
than http, add the appropriate
prefix.
Browsing the pages of a
WAP service
Once you have made a connection to
the WAP service, you can start
browsing its WAP pages.
The function of the phone keys may
vary in different WAP services.
Follow the guiding texts on the
display. For more information,
contact your WAP service provider.
General guidelines for using
the keys
• Use the scroll keys
browse the WAP page and
highlight the desired item.
• Press
to select a
highlighted item.
• Press and hold
disconnect from the WAP service
and to end the call.
• Press
to
letters and numbers and
enter special characters.
• Some or all of the following
options are available while a
WAP connection is in progress.

and select the
option you want.

Home: Takes you back to the
homepage of the WAP service.
Reload: Refreshes the WAP page.
Select: Selects a link or any other
highlighted item on the WAP
page.
Back: Takes you back to the last
WAP page that you viewed.
Appearance
settings: You can
wrap the text lines and hide the
images on the WAP page. For
details, see
"Adjusting the
appearance settings of WAP
pages"
on page 49.
Bookmarks: You can manage
bookmarks, for example, save the
current WAP page as a bookmark.

"Managing
bookmarks"
on page 49.
Service
inbox: the list of service
messages is displayed, see
"Service inbox"
on page 50.
Use
number: Copies a number
from the current WAP page for
saving or calling, and ends the
call. If the WAP page contains
several numbers, you can select
the desired one.
Go to
address: You can make a
connection to the desired WAP
page. Key in the WAP address
(press
for a period) and
press OK.

cache: Empties the cache
memory of the phone, see
