How to Remove Packaging Tape
To assure no damage
is done to the finish
of the pro&_ct,
the safest way to remove
the adhesive
left fi_om packaging
rope on
new appliances
is an application
of a
household
liquid dishwashing
detergent,
mineral
oil or cooking
oil.
Apply wifll a soft cloth and allow to soak.
Wipe dU and then apply an appliance
polish m thoroughly clean and promct

Pull the knob straight off the stem,
Control Panel and Knobs
Clean up spatters with a damp cloth.
Remove heavier soil widl warm, soapy
water.

The control knobs ulay be relnoved fbr
easier cleaning. To relnove a knob, pull it
straight offthe stem. Wash the knobs in
soap anti water but do not soak.
Oven Vent

Porcelain Enamel Cooktop
The porcelain enamel finish is sturdy but
breakable iflnisused. This finish is acid-
resistant. However, aW acidic floods
spilled (such as fruit juices, tomato or
vinegar) should not be pexmitted to
remain on the finish. If acids spill on the
cooktop while it is hot, use a dU paper
towel or cloth to wipe it up right _-I'v_ly.
When the surfdce has cooled, wash with
soap anti water. Rinse well.
