ENGINE
TO REPLACE HEADLIGHT BULB
. Raise hood
• Putt bulb holder out of the hole in the backside of the
gdlt
• Reptace bulb In hoider and push bulb holder securely
back !nto the he e in the backside of the gdtL
. Close hood,
INTERLOCKS AND RELAYS
Loose or damaged wiring may cause your tractorto run
poorly, stop running, or prevent it fromstarting
• Check wiring. See electrical wiring diagram in the
Repair Parts section of this manual.
TO REPLACE FUSE
Reptace with 30 amp automotive-type plug-in fuse, The
fuse holder is locatedbehind the dash.
TO REMOVE HOOD AND GRILL ASSEMBLY
(See Fig. 31 )
• Ralsehood
• Unsnap headlight wire connector
- Stand infront of tractor, Grasp hood at sides, tilt toward
engine and Itft off of tractor,
• To replace, reverse above procedures.

TO ADJUST THROTTLE CONTROL CABLE
(See Fig. 32)
The throttle control has been preset at the factory and
adjuslment should not be necessary Check adjustment as
described below before loosening cable If adjustment iS
necessary, proceed as follows:
• With enqtne not running, move throttle control lever to
fast (,_ position.
, Check that swivel is against side of quarter circle. If tt
is not, loosen cable c_amp screw end pull cable back
until swivel is against quarter circle, Tighten cable
clamp screw securely,
