For one (1) year from date of purchase, if any battery includedwith this riding equipmentproves defective in material or
workmanship and ourtestingdetermines the batterywillnot holda charge,Sears willreplacethe batteryat no charge.
COMMERCIAL OR RENTAL USE
Warrantyon RidingEquipmentused for commercial o r rentalpurposesis limitecl t o ninety(90) days.
This Warranty does NOT cover:
1. Pre-deUvery set-up.
2. Tire replacement or repair caused by punctures from outside objects (such as nails, thorns, stumps, or glass).
3. Expendable items which become worn during normal use, such as blades, spark plug, air cleaners end belts.
4. Repairs necessary because of operator abuse or negligence, including damaged jackshaft or mandrel end the
failure to operate and maintain the equipment according to the instructions contained In the Owner's Manual.
5. In Home service.
Warrantyservice is available by returningthe CraftsmanRidingEquipmentto the nearest Sears ServiceCentre/Department in
Canada. This warrantyappliesonlywhilethisproductis in use in Canada.
This warrantyis in addition to any statutorywarrantyand does not excludeor limitlegal rightsyou may have but shall run
concurrently with applicableprovinciallegislation.Furthermore, s ome provinces do NOT allowlimitation on how longan implied
warrantywilllastso the above limitations may not apply to you,
