cooking utensils when cooking multiple food
item.
• Add any cream or cheese sauces during the last
hour of cooking.
Do not open the oven door often or leave the
door open when checking foods. The more heat
that is lost, the longer the food will need to cook.
• Cover the foods to keep them moist or use a
loose or vented type cover to allow foods to turn
crisp or brown.
Roasts may be left uncovered so browning can
occur. Cook times will vary depending on the
weight, fat content, bone & the shape of the
roast.
To add or change any cook settings after this
feature has started:
Select the UPPER or WARMER oven you wish to

or - keys. Each press of + or - will adjust the
temperature by 5 ° F ( or 2°C).
If changing cooking times, select the cook time
or end time keys needed to make the changes.
• Use the probe to check the temperature to
determine when your food is done.
Preheating the oven will not be necessary.
