Please check Short Circuit of power line.
1. 5V line at CN1 between pin 6 and 4 pin, is it short?
2. 24V line at CN1 between pin 2 and 3 pin, is it short?

Please check voltage of power line.
1. 5V line at CN1 between pin 6 and 4 pin is 5V?
2. 24V line at CN1 between pin 2 and 3 pin is 24V?
