1 Charging the built-in battery
AC Adaptor

Power cord (mail
lead)
• The battery is built in within the camera.
_Connect
the AC Adaptor
to the
DC IN jack
of the camera,
making
sure
the
power
is off.
Plug the power
cord
(mains
lead) to a wall outlet
(wall
socket).
The CHG lamp lights on, und charging starts.
When the CHG lamp turns off, charging is finished.
I Charging time
• Time required to charge a fully depleted battery at a temperature
of 25°C (77°F). Charging may take
longer under certain circumstances
or conditions.
• See page 30 for the number of images that can be recorded.
• If you do not operate the camera lot a long time, discolmect the AC Adaptor fi'om the DC 1N jack of the
camera and fi'om a wall outlet (wall socket).
