How to watch one channel while
recording another: Watch and Record
If you have a Cable Box:

After recording begins, press TV/VCR SOURCE.
You will see the TV SOURCE menu highlighted.

Use CHANNEL/Day Up or Down to watch other i_,_,_ __'_,_
channels. (Note: you will not be able to use StarSight ............................
functions while on the ANT/CABLE 2 source.) ,_ ;_ _ _

To resume normal viewing once recording has been
completed (and to resume using StarSight) press
TV/VCR SOURCE to see the source menu. Then
press 1"to highlight "Ant/Cable 1." Press QUIT/SEQ.
If you DO NOT have a Cable Box:

While you're recording a program, simply press
CHANNEL/Day Up or Down to watch a different
program.
