eThe surf;Ice of the tape is covered with
extremely minute magnetic particles, upon
which signals are recorded. Magnetic
necklaces, toys, etc., have a magnetic force that
is stronger than you may expect, and they may
erase the contents of a recording or may cause
noise in images and sounds.
Card
eWhon the Card is being read, de net remove the
Card, turn off tho power, orsubjoctit to vibrdtion
or impact.
oDe not leave the Card in places whore there is
high temperature or direct sunlight, or where
electromagnetic
waves or static electdcity are
easily gonerotod.
oDe not bend or drop the Card. The Card or the
recorded content may be damaged.
eAftor use, be sure to remove the Card from the
Camcordor.
eAftor usage, store the supplied SD Memory
Card in the enclosed bag.
oDe not touch the terminals on the back of the
Card with your fingers. 13onet allow dirt, dust or
water to enter it.
eKcop the Ivlemory Card out of reash of children
toprevent swallowing.
LCD Monitor/Viewfinder/Lens
Hood
LCD Monitor
• In a place with drastic temporoture changes,
condensation
may form on the LCD Monitor.
Wipe it with soft dry cloth.
• If your Camcorder
is extremely cold when you
turn its power on, the imago on the LCD Monitor
is slightly darker than usual at first. However, as
the internal temperature increases, it goes back
tothe normal brightness.
(PV-GS200)
Extremely high precision technology
is
employed to produce the LCD Monitor
screen featuring a total of approximately
123,000 pixols. The result is mere than
99.99% effective pixels with a more 0.01% of
the pixels inactive or always lit. However,
this is nota malfunction and does not affect
the recorded picture.
(PV-GS120)
Extremely high precision technology
is
employed to produce the LCD Monitor
screen featuring a total of approximately
113,000 pixels. The result is more than
99.99% effective pi×ols with a mere 0.01% of
the pixels inactive or always lit. However,
this is not a malfunction and does not affect
the recorded picture.
Viewfinder
ode not direct the Viewfinder or Lens at the sun.
Internal components may be serfously
damaged.
oTo clean the inside of the ViewfJndor, keep
pressing O and hold the Eyecup _1 and pull it
out.

(not supplied), first of all, turn the Lens Hood

the conversion Ions by turning it clockwise.
When you attach the Lens Hood back, insert O
into the slot _ and turn it clockwise.
• If you push the [W_TJ Lever toward CWJduring
recording with the filter and conversion lens
attached together to the Camcorder,
