Image Brightness (Exposure Compensation)
Adjust the metering method (how brightness is measured) to suit shooting
conditions as follows.
Press the <@> button, choose [Es[}] in
the menu, and choose the desired option

The option you configured is now
displayed.
ES_ Evaluative For typical shooting conditions, including backlit shots.
Automatically adjusts exposure to match the shooting conditions.
Determines the average brightness of light across the entire
E3 Center image area, calculated by treating brightness in the central area
Weighted Avg. as more important.
