The standard
exposure
set by the camera
can be adjusted
in 1/3-stop
increments,
in a range of-2
to +2.
Press the <P_> button. As you watch the
screen, press the <4 ><_ > buttons or turn
the <!' _;:>dial to adjust brightness,
and then
press the <14_> button again when finished.
The correction
level you specified
is now
displayed.
Before
shooting,
you can lock the exposure,
or you can specify
focus and
exposure
separately.
:_ Lock the exposure.
Aim the camera at the subject to shoot with
the exposure locked. With the shutter button
pressed halfway, press the <r+_> button.

is displayed, and the exposure
is locked.
To unlock AE, release
the shutter
button
and press the <r_>
button
again.
In this
case, [,,_] is no longer displayed.
Compose the shot and shoot.
After one shot, AE is unlocked
and [=X=] is
no longer
displayed.

speed and aperture value by turn ng the <
