ACQUIRING HEART RATE

ACQUIRING HEART RATE: FINGER TOUCH
Heart rate may be acquired from any operating mode (not in any
Setting Sequence).
With the watch on your wrist,

HOLD THE HEART RATE SENSOR

To deactivate fi nger Touch Heart Rate (when you don't want to
accidentally acquire heart rate):
