Playing the first
portion of tracks in
order
(Intro Scan play)
Only the first 10 seconds of tracks are played
in order. It is convenient when searching for
a track by listening to the sound.

Press and hold MENU/BACK until
the Setup menu appears.

Rotate the jog dial to select
"INTRO SCAN."

Push the jog dial repeatedly to
select "INTRO SCAN ON."
To return to the original screen
Press MENU/BACK.
To return to normal play mode
Select "INTRO SCAN OFF" in step 3.
You can also return to normal play mode by
pressing NX or push the jog lever on the
remote control during the Intro Scan play.
