When your saw is to be stored for over 30 days
always:
1. Drain oit tank:
2. Remove, clean, and dry the bar and chain.
3. Store the chain in a container filled with oil to
prevent rust.
4. Apply a coating of oi'l to the entire surface of
the bar and wrap it in heavy paPer, cloth, or
plastic.
5. Wipe off the outside surfaces of the unit.
6. Store the saw in a dry place out of the reach
of children.
