Erasing Images; Choose A Selection Method; Choosing Images Individually - Canon PowerShot SD4500 IS Digital ELPH User Manual

You can choose images and then erase them in groups. Since erased images
cannot be recovered, exercise adequate caution before erasing. Protected
images (p. 117) cannot be erased.

Choose[Erase].
Press the
MENU
button to choose [Erase]
in the DE] tab, then press the @ button.
Choose a semect[on method.
Press the ,_v buttons or turn the :[ii:: dial
to choose a selection method, then press
the @ button.
Pressing the MENU button will restore the
menu screen.
Choosing images individually
Choose [Select].
Follow Step 2 above to choose [Select]
and press the @ button.
Choose m ge.
If you follow Step 2 on p. 118 to choose
images, %/ wil! appear on the screen.
Pressing the @ button again deselects
the image and _/ will disappear.
To choose additional images, repeat the
above procedure.
Erase.
If you press the
MENU
button, a
confirmation screen will appear.
Press the 4 _ buttons or turn the i:ii_ dial to
choose [OK], then press the @ button.
