Changing The Aspect Ratio - Canon PowerShot ELPH 100 HS User Manual

You can change the width to height ratio of an image.
Choose 4:3.
After pressing the @ button, press the
A'v- buttons to choose 4:3, then press the
@ button again.
Choose an option.
Press the Av buttons to choose a option,
then press the @ button.
Once set, the aspect ratio of the screen will
change.
16;9 The same aspect ratio as HD TVs, used for displaying on wide-screen HD TVs.
The same aspect ratio as 35ram film, used for printing out 5 x 7 in. or postcard
3:2 sized images.
The same aspect ratio as the screen of this camera, used for printing images on
4:3 3.5 x 5 in. to various A-sized papers.
1:1 A square-shaped aspect ratio.
