• Make sure nothing is between the infrared ports that could block the data
transmission.
• Make sure nothing interferes with the print data transmission while a
print job is executing. If the print job halts, turn the printer off and cancel
the print job on the computer. Open the Infrared Monitor on the Control
Panel to confirm whether the IrDA connection has been broken.
