Using Balloon Help

Turn on balloon help to display an explanation of each function on the screen. When you
position the cursor over a given item, a brief explanation of that item appears in a balloon.
Use the balloon help to learn about all the features of your printer driver.
I Displaying Balloon Help
To display the balloon help, select Show Balloons from the Help menu. Position the pointer
over the desired item to display a balloon help explanation.

Select Show Balloons from the Help menu.

Display the printer driver screens (the Page Setup dialog box, the Print
dialog box, and so forth).

Position the cursor over the item for which you want to display an
explanation. An explanation of the item is displayed.
Note
To turn off the balloon help, select Hide Balloons from the Help menu.
