Default settings:
1) All mixer faders set to zero dBfs
2) All output faders attenuated by 6 dB
3) Routing for return channels: rt 1/2 to: output 1/2, rtn 3/4 to: ouput 3/4, etc. spdif rtn to: spdif. Phones routed to output 1/2
4) All AUX sends full attenuation.
5) Analog In and spdif In - no routing assignment
6) All pans hard left and right
7) All balance knobs center
8) All channels un-muted, un-soloed, un-linked
9) Level controller assignment will be assigned to all individual channels per group.
10) Assignment of level controller is "output bus"
11) All output channels assigned to "main"
