Important information
Ensure machine is in upright position before using tools.
Using tools
Ensure hair and loose clothing are kept clear of wand
cap when machine is switched on.
Ensure wand cap is closed, unless using with tools.
Always work with the machine at the bottom of the stairs

Finding and clearing blockages
Turn power off and unplug before checking for blockages.
If any part of the machine becomes blocked, it may
automatically shut off. Unplug machine and clear blockage
before restarting.
A ratchet noise warns that the brushbar is obstructed.
Ensure machine is disconnected from the power supply
before clearing the obstruction.
Please note: clearing blockages is not covered by your
machine's guarantee.
Beware of sharp objects when clearing blockages.
Refit all parts of the machine securely before using it.
Check airways and clear any obstruction

Emptying the clear bin
Important information
Turn power off and unplug before emptying the bin.

Do not use the machine without the clear bin

Empty bin as soon as the MAX mark is reached

Washing your filter
Important information
Turn power off and unplug before washing the filter.
Check your filter regularly and wash at least every six months.
The filter may require more frequent washing if vacuuming fine dust.
Do not use the machine without the filter in place.
Or

Dry for at least 12 hours or
overnight. Ensure filter is
completely dry before refitting
onto the machine.
Optional
You can rinse the bin
with cold water. Do
not use detergents.
Dry completely before
replacing.
Do not use detergents, polishes or
freshening products.
Do not immerse the whole cyclone
in water.
Ensure bin is completely dry before
replacing.
