Intel(R) SpeedStep (TM) Tech [Enabled]
設置為 [Disabled]，處理器會以默認的速度運行，設置為 [Enabled]，處理
器的速度可以由操作系統控制。設置值有：[Disabled] [Enabled]
Intel(R) C-STATE Tech [Disabled]
本項目用來啟動或關閉 Intel C-STATE 技術。設置為 [Enabled]，CPU idle
設置為 C2/C3/C4。設置值有：[Disabled] [Enabled]
