Steps

Select Add Text from the Edit menu.
The Add Text window appears.
Specify the font style. Available styles and effects are
(from left to right):
bold, italic, underlined, outline, shadow, wide space,
narrow space, and color.

Enter text.
You can specify the text attributes such as the font, font style, color, and alignment.
Select the font.
Specify text's justification.
Select the font size.
The entered text is inserted into the
Print window in the format it appears in
the Add Text window.
