Limited Warranty

ThisGarminproductiswarrantedtobefreefromdefects
inmaterialsorworkmanshipforoneyearfromthedateof
purchase.Withinthisperiod,Garminwill,atitssoleoption,
repairorreplaceanycomponentsthatfailinnormaluse.
Suchrepairsorreplacementwillbemadeatnochargetothe
customerforpartsorlabor,providedthatthecustomershall
beresponsibleforanytransportationcost.Thiswarrantydoes
notapplyto:(i)cosmeticdamage,suchasscratches,nicks
anddents;(ii)consumableparts,suchasbatteries,unless
productdamagehasoccurredduetoadefectinmaterials
orworkmanship;(iii)damagecausedbyaccident,abuse,
misuse,water,flood,fire,orotheractsofnatureorexternal
causes;(iv)damagecausedbyserviceperformedbyanyone
whoisnotanauthorizedserviceproviderofGarmin;or
(v)damagetoaproductthathasbeenmodifiedoraltered
withoutthewrittenpermissionofGarmin.Inaddition,Garmin
reservestherighttorefusewarrantyclaimsagainstproducts
orservicesthatareobtainedand/orusedincontraventionof
thelawsofanycountry.
Thisproductisintendedtobeusedonlyasatravelaid
andmustnotbeusedforanypurposerequiringprecise
measurementofdirection,distance,locationortopography.
Garminmakesnowarrantyastotheaccuracyor
completenessofmapdatainthisproduct.

HEREINAREEXCLUSIVEANDINLIEUOFALLOTHER
