CAUTION:
Do not change any other default values such as path failover and I/O retry
values.

LUN 0, which is used as a special Array Controller mode when talking with the HP
initiator, is seen as a pass through device (pt) created by the esctl driver which only
supports path_lockdown load balancing policy. Do not change any of these attributes
for LUN 0.
