Connecting USB devices

USBports
Your Tablet PC has a micro USB port. With the USB cable that comes with your Tablet
PC you can connect your Tablet PC to a notebook or desktop PC for data exchange. With
the optionally available Cradle and HDMI/USB adapter you can connect human interface
devices like keyboard and mice or mass storage devices like flash memory sticks. Please
check the manual of the device if it is supported by Android.
USB devices are hot-pluggable. This means you can connect and disconnect
devices while your operating system is running.
USB 2.0 has a data transfer rate of up to 480 Mbit/s.

Device drivers
USB devices will be automatically recognised and installed by your operating system.

How to remove USB devices correctly

Always correctly remove the device according to the rules described below,
to ensure that none of your data is lost.
► Select Settings > Storage > Unmount USB device.
It is now safe to remove the USB device.

external device.
► Connect the data cable to a USB port,
to the cradle or to the USB/HDMI
adapter of the Tablet PC.
