Use Handwriting mode

From the Samsung keypad, you can switch to Handwriting
mode to enter text more easily. To switch to Handwriting
mode, select .
Write your text on the handwriting panel. When the device
recognises the correct word, select to enter it in the text
input field. Otherwise, select a word from the alternative word
list.
You can use a variety of gestures in Handwriting mode to edit
text. For more information about gestures, tap and hold
