You can use this menu to set a stop watch.
In standby mode, press Menu (

Stop Watch.
Press to Start/Stop stopwatch count.

Press the Record soft key to record splits.

Press the Reset soft key to erase all stop watch (lap)

Highlight the From quantity field. Use the keypad to enter

Highlight the To unit field. Use the Left and Right navigation
