Workaround: To resolve this issue: Delete all files in one of the following directories (depending on the architecture (x64/x86) of the operating system): • C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\InstallWizard\HP Storage- Works Simple SAN Connection Manager • C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\InstallWizard\HP StorageWorks Simple SAN Connection Manager Insert the SSCM 2.10 CD and start the installation. - Page 5 EVA login account: If the EVA login user name is changed, use the HP VDS Configuration Utility • for EVA to re-enter the new user name and password. This utility is installed with the EVA VDS hardware provider and can be launched from Start > Programs > Hewlett-Packard > Hardware Providers. •...
