Hotspot (WiFi Account Sharing) mode

In Hotspot (WiFi Account Sharing) mode, WL-330N allows WiFi devices to share
an Internet connection.
Before using this mode, ensure that you subcribe to or pay for a WiFi hotspot account with a
WiFi service provider for your WL-330N. Other WiFi devices can then access the Internet via
your WL-330N.
To configure the ASUS WL-330N in Hotspot (WiFi Account Sharing) mode:
1. Click the Wi-Fi account sharing tab. The Hotspot page appears.
2. Specify a network name or SSID (Service Set Identifier), which is a unique
identifier attached to packets sent over WLAN.
3. Select a security level to enable encryption methods.
4. From the available device of site survey list, select the device you want to
connect to.
5. Click Connect.
• For more details on setting up the advanced functions, refer to section 4.3. Advanced
Setting.
• The DUT's IP address is changed to 192.168.220.1.
• You can also reset all settings to their factory defaults by pressing the "Reset" button on the
ASUS WL-330N while it is ON.
