NOTE: Some HP parts are not designed for customer self repair. In order to satisfy the customer
warranty, HP requires that an authorized service provider replace the part. These parts are identified as
"No" in the Illustrated Parts Catalog.

Parts have a nine-character component number on their label. The first six characters identify the element;
the last three characters define the revision level. The replacement component revision level must be the
same as, or later than the number on the failed component. The greater the revision level, the later the
revision.
