Windows Printing
The identification and password settings for secure printing, user
authentication, account tracking, and box number are not cleared when
you click Restore defaults. To clear them, enter other values manually.
The password settings are lost when the application is closed. In this
case, you will have to enter your settings again when starting a new
session. You can store identification settings permanently by entering
them via the Windows printer properties. However, keep in mind that in
this case other users of the PC can use your identification settings,
which may lead to a security risk.
