TEST MODE

1. How to start CD Test Mode
1) Remove the resistor (100Kohms ) connected at Pin 63 (test) of IC701 (LC72358N)
on main circuit board. Then connect a wire between Pin 73 (VDD) and Pin
63 (test).
2) Connect ACC (red) and BACK UP (yellow) wires of the connector assy to
the positive terminal of Power Supply device and Ground (black) wire to the
negative terminal.
3) After adjusting the application voltage of Power Supply device to 14.5V,
turn on the power.
Test Mode starts, and all LCD are lit.
Refer to Fig-4
2. How to exit CD Test Mode
1) Switch off the power of Power Supply device.
2) Remove the wires of the connector assy.
3) Remove the wire on the main circuit board.

Note 1: • Check Search Mode without inserting any CD.
• To exit Search Mode, insert a CD or press the POWER button to switch off the power.
• To protect driver IC, do not continue Search Mode more than 10 minutes.
Note 2: • To exit Play mode, press the POWER button to switch off the power.
Note 3: • To exit Traverse Mode, switch to Play Mode or press the POWER button to switch off the power.
Note 4: • Check Play Mode/Sled Mode movements after inserting a CD.
