The table below describes the remote functions. The remote control
uses infrared (IR) light to communicate with the DISHPlayer receiver.
You should stay within 30 feet of the receiver when using the remote,
and point it directly at the front panel of the receiver.

Move yellow box or cursor
Selects item surrounded by yellow box
Changes satellite (or TV) channels
Controls TV volume
Displays TV Listings (and cycles through

Scrolls TV Listings and Web pages one
page at a time
Returns to previous channel
Displays Options panel (includes "Search
Listings," "Go Live," and "Go Interactive"
features)
Turns TV sound on/off
Display Personal TV screen
Returns to previous screen
Displays recent channels (or Web pages)
Switch between TV and Web viewing
Go to current Home screen (TV Home or
Web Home)
Select channels; enter numbers in text
fields
Displays PIP (picture-in-picture) while
using WebTV service
Turns the receiver on/off
Turns TV on/off
