Note: The service account used must be allowed to have the Log on as Batch Job permission in the
local security policy. Ensure there are no Group Policies that would override the configuration of this
permission.

Installer finds an existing account

If a service account exists from a previous installation or manual configuration, it will be detected, and
you will be prompted to accept the existing user.
To not re-use this account, you must:
1. Click Cancel
2. Either:
a. Remove the custom attribute from the account's mailbox
b. Delete the account and mailbox altogether
3. Restart the installation.
To reuse the detected user:
1. Click Next.
2. Let the Cisco TMSXE software know the password for the service user by choosing to either:
a. Reset the Password to a strong password
b. Supply a new password
c. Supply the existing password to the account.
3. Fill in the password fields if necessary.
4. Click Next to continue.

No Existing Account Found

If no pre-configured service account is found, the installer will prompt ask whether you wish to create
a new account, or reuse an existing Active Directory account. The installer's steps will update
depending on the option chosen.
