10. In the center panel, scroll through the list and find the entry starting with PR_URL_NAME and
select it
11. From the Property Pane menu, select Modify Extra Properties and a new Extra Properties
window will appear.
12. Click the Add button and the Property Tag Editor Window will appear
13. Click the Select Property Tag button
14. Scroll through the list and find PR_EFORMS_LOCALE_ID , select it and click OK
15. Click OK to close the Property Tag Editor. Click OK again to close the Extra Properties
Window
16. The PR_EFORMS_LOCALE_ID Property will now be listed with a red icon next to it in the
property list.
17. Double-Click PR_EFORMS_LOCALE_ID and in the unsigned decimal field, enter 1033 and click
OK.
18. Close the MAPI Editor.

This completes the steps necessary to create the Organizational Forms Library. Administrators
