Virtual Machine Configuration
The settings in this section of the Info/Groups page are available when the resource is a VM.
Under Construction: This check box is not selected by default. When it is selected (that is, its
value is "true"), the VM is currently under construction (that is it is in the process of being created)
and cannot be provisioned.

VM Vendor: This value specifies the vendor name of the hypervisor that has provided the virtual
machine.
