B.1 First Attempt at Connecting to The iFolder
Server Fails
iFolder does not currently allow you to connect to the server on your first attempt. When it fails to
connect to the server, quit the client and delete the local Simias store. After a few seconds, start the
client and try connecting to the server again.
B.2 First Attempt at Starting iFolder Client for
Linux Fails
You cannot currently launch the iFolder Linux client on your first attempt. When it fails to launch,
consider the following action:
1 Open a terminal console and run pkill simias to end the simias process.
