Jumper open = FAN3 supports RPM read and fan
control. FAN3 current rate is up to 1.2 Amperes.
Jumper closed = FAN3 supports RPM read, but no
fan control. FAN3 current rate is up to 2 Amperes.
Use these headers to connect cooling fans, both chassis and
processor fans, to your motherboard. Cooling fans help keep the
system more stable and operating reliably for its product life.
