Dismantling
4. Drive out bearing out race of drive pinion
bearing with P 254 d.
1. Pullout guide tube for drive shaft seal with
local manufactured hook.
Assembling
2. Drive out spiral pin for release fork.
1. Clean transmission case and check for
wear. exterior damage and cracks. If
drive pinions or ring gears are damaged
(e.g. broken). check if the bearing bores
in the center housing web have been
damaged (repla-ce case if necessary).
0
2. Heat transmission case to about 120 C
and drive in drive pinion bearing outer
race with P 254 a.
3. Drive out lever shaft bushings with P 375.
