You can also set the frequency that the Update Manager polls the master
upgrade share (master repository), as well as reads and writes to the
<Domain> UPGRADES.CFG and <Domain> UPGRADES0.CFG files. By
default, it polls every 10 seconds, but you can specify this setting (in seconds)
in the [Configuration] section of DEMON.INI, which the Update Manager
will read on the fly:

Follow these steps to view the status of pending or completed batch updates:
1. Click the Management Server within an anti-virus domain.
2. Click the Pending Updates tab in the right pane to view the status of
updates for the domain that have yet to be completed.
3. Click the Completed Updates tab in the right pane to view the status
of updates that have already been completed or failed after the
requested number of retries.
To delete the list of completed or failed updates, right-click within the
Completed Updates report, and then click Purge old records.
To delete an outstanding update, right-click within the Pending Updates
report, and then click Delete.

Meaning
The Management Console has submitted the
update, but it has not been seen by the Update
Manager.
The update is scheduled, and the start time has
not passed.
The update is queued as the number of active
updates exceeds the Max Load (%d) .
The update send failed and will be retried another
%d times.
The update has been sent, and the Update
Manager is waiting for the Update Agent to
access the mirror repository.
