Before You Begin

Unpacking your Player

• one voice recorder
• one USB dock
• two NiMH rechargeable "AAA"
batteries
• one carrying case
• one clip-on mic

Power Supply

This player can be operated by two
NiMH "AAA" batteries (included).
Installing Batteries (Included)
1. Slide the battery compartment
door to the bottom and lift up the
door to open.
2. Insert the two supplied NiMH
rechargeable "AAA" batteries
with polarities matching
indications.
3. Replace the battery compartment
door.
4. Refer to the battery level indicator
(
) on display for batteries level.
When the indicator is empty,
follow the steps below to recharge
the batteries.

Recharging Batteries

1. Ensure the two supplied NiMH
rechargeable "AAA" batteries are
installed correctly and the player is
off.

2. Connect the USB dock to the
computer. Then connect your
player to the USB dock.
3. Recharging begins automatically.
It should take about 6 hours to
fully recharge 650mAh NiMH
batteries.

Using Headphones and External

Microphone

• When headphones are connected,
the sound output from speaker
will be cut.
• When external microphone is
connected, no record can be made
from the built-in microphone.
Switching On and Off the Player
• Press
start playback. The player will
enter Function Menu.
• Press and hold
player completely.
