Hard Drive Activity and Fault LED

The SCSI HSBP contains a green ACTIVITY LED and a yellow FAULT LED for each of the four
drive connectors. The ACTIVITY LED is driven by the SCSI HD itself whenever the drive is
accessed. The FAULT LED is driven by the GEM359 controller whenever an error condition, as
