Locate the notched end of the SIMM.
n
Locate the appropriate SIMM socket (see the previ-
ous figures and the table "Recommended Memory
Upgrade Path").
n
Align the notched end of the SIMM with the
correct end of the SIMM socket (see the following
figure).
n
Insert the SIMM at an angle into the socket.
CAUTION: SIMMs are fragile; install the
SIMMs into the sockets carefully.
