Digitizer Self Test Result Codes
Error Details
Digitizer analog Digitizer is unable to initialize or read samples from analog
processor fail processor. No pen or touch position is reported.
Signals received during the stylus excitation test are below
No pen excitation certain limit. Pen may be not functional or detected in tip
only.
Digitizer grid There are disconnected lines. Pen or touch may be
disconnect malfunctioning in a specific physical display area.
Digitizer grid There are shorted lines. Pen or touch may be malfunctioning
shortcut in a specific physical display area.
Digitizer channel There is an unbalanced channel. Pen or touch may be
degraded malfunctioning in a specific physical display area.
Digitizer The calibration capacitor in a certain channel is set to
calibration minimal or maximum value. Pen or touch may be
degraded malfunctioning in a specific physical display area.
Internal Firmware resource problem in executing diagnostics.
Firmware Error Diagnostics tool is not functional.
Device Error Critical malfunction was detected, test cannot continue.
