The flash working range is approximately 2.5 m/8.2 ft.
Auto-flash (No indication)
The flash fires automatically in low light or backlight conditions.
Red-eye reduction flash (
The red-eye reduction flash mode reduces this phenomenon by emitting pre-
flashes before firing the regular flash.
Fill-in flash (
The flash always fires every time the shutter button is released.

Use this mode when shooting a subject against a night background.
Night scene with red-eye reduction (
Use this mode when shooting a portrait against a night background to reduce
the red-eye phenomenon.

The maximum possible magnification is 5x.
Record mode and zoom magnification
When the record mode is set to SHQ, HQ or SQ1: 1x - 2.5x
