Requesting Warranty Service
To request warranty service for the product, contact the HP authorized reseller from which you
purchased the product.
In the United States and Canada, call the HP Technical Phone Support Center at 1.800.652.6672
(available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day).
The HP Replaceable Parts program, which covers this product, ships approved replacement
parts directly to you to fulfill your warranty. To take advantage of this program, you must call
the HP Technical Phone Support Center so that a replaceable part can be sent to you. After you
receive the part, call the HP Technical Phone Support Center for installation assistance.
