Solution
Battery performance is affected by
charge time, feature use,
temperature changes, backlight
use, and other factors. For tips on
extending battery life, see
page 22.
Try moving to a quieter location to
make your voice recording. Hold
the phone about four inches (10
centimeters) from your mouth,
and speak directly into your
phone's microphone in a normal
tone of voice.
You may be in an area without
service, or you may be connected
to a network that does not support
Internet access.
