Symptom
My phone has
poor reception
and drops calls.
I cannot hear
others on my
phone.
How do I see the
calls I sent or
received?
My phone's
display is too
dark.
Solution
Make sure that your antenna is
not bent or damaged.
Also, make sure you have a phone
signal (the signal strength
indicator should have at least 1
segment showing). Stay clear of
any obstructions such as bridges,
parking garages, or tall buildings.
While on a call, press the up in-
call volume key. Your phone
display should show the volume
increasing.
Also, make sure that your phone's
earpiece is not blocked by its
carrying case.
To see the most recent calls you
dialed or received:
> Recent calls
> Dialed calls or Received calls
Use the Adjust contrast feature to
change the level of contrast in
your display (see page 42).
You can also use the Backlight
feature to change the length of
time that the display backlight
stays on (see page 42).
