close it. The cover clicks into place.

your phone's display when you have correctly
inserted your memory card. (The icon won't appear
if you are using a wired headset or Bluetooth
headset, but you can still access the content on your
memory card.)
Caution:
Don't bend or scratch your memory card. Keep
it away from static electricity, water, and dirt.
Note:
Your phone supports miniSD cards up to 32 GB (as
they become available). Currently, you can purchase 8 GB
memory cards. To save memory space on your phone,
move media files (pictures, videos, music) to a memory
card as often as possible.

Note:
Before you begin, contact your corporate IT
department to find out if your company's Exchange
server is configured for wireless synchronization. If it is,
you need to request: your user name and password, the
server domain name, and the server address. You also
need to know whether an encrypted (SSL) connection is
required and if you need an SSL certificate, if an SSL
connection is required.

Press Start > ActiveSync, then press Menu > Add Server Source.

Enter the following information when prompted:
• Enter your e-mail address, select Attempt to detect the
Exchange Server settings automatically, and press Next.
• If you did not choose to let ActiveSync detect the
exchange server settings automatically, at Server
Address, enter the exchange server address. If
appropriate, select This server requires an encrypted (SSL)
connection. (To obtain the SSL certificate, contact
your company's IT department.) Press Next.

If you have problems setting up e-mail or

Note:
Proxy must be set up before you set up your
e-mail. If you have the information to set it up, press Start).

• In User Name, enter your user name for the e-mail
account.
• In Password, enter the password for the account.
• In Domain, enter the server's domain name (if
necessary).
Tip:
If you don't want to enter your password
each time you synchronize, check Save Password.

Press Next.

Choose the things you want to synchronize, such as
Contacts, Calendar, Email, and Tasks and press Finish.

Press Sync to synchronize your phone with the
Exchange server.
