What if the dryer will not run?
Possible fault
The "Start/Stop" button was not
pressed.
The circuit breaker tripped or
the dryer is unplugged.
The door is not closed.
How do I prevent static cling?
Add fabric softener to laundry when washing or select the "Less Dry" setting on
the dryer.
What if the drum light does not come on?
Possible fault
The bulb may be bad or burned
out.
What if the "Child Lock" indicator flashes after turning the dryer on and a
program cannot be started?

The child lock is activated.
What if the program stops, the "Anti-crease / End" indicator lights and the

The drum is empty.

The lint filter is clogged.

Solution
Make sure the dryer is on. Press the "Start/
Stop" button to begin the drying program.
Make sure the dryer is plugged in or reset the
circuit breaker.
Close the door properly.

Load laundry into the dryer. The dryer will not
operate if the drum is empty. Single items
should be dried with "Sturdy" or a timed
program. For dry items use the "Fluff" program.

Remove lint and check the exhaust system for
blockages.
Open a window or door to increase airflow.
